The Beach Pad is EXACTLY as the pictures and description show. The condo is super clean and Elise has thought of every little detail from the binoculars to spot dolphins in the ocean that is only one block away (you can see it from the balcony), to the beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon), to the fully stocked kitchen. All you need to do is unpack and enjoy!The location is fantastic! As mentioned, you are steps from the beach. If you want to head to Cocoa Beach Pier which offers shopping, mini-golf, drinks and restaurants, it is a 20-30 minute walk which you can do via the beach or the sidewalk. You are a 7 minute drive to NASA and a 45 minute drive to Orlando. There are a host of other attractions available in the area. The pool at the complex is a nice perk to have if you want to just enjoy some r&r at the condo. There are lounge chairs, umbrellas and a few floaties for you to enjoy. The instructions provided and communication with Elise was fantastic. Check in and out was a breeze and she responds immediately if you have any questions or issues. If we return to Cocoa Beach, we would absolutely return here. Don’t look anywhere else, book with Elise and enjoy your vacay!
