Cape Canaveral is like a little bit of old Florida. It is mostly residential and has a neighborhood feel to it. There are older homes and newer Condo's. The lifestyle is very relaxed and casual. For those of you who prefer not to deal with elevators, parking passes, and 'Condo Rules', this is the ideal place for you. Right outside your front door are chairs and a table for your morning coffee. Read the paper and enjoy the people going by - walking, jogging, or riding bicycles. The City of Cape Canaveral just put in a bike path that runs right by our place and the pedestrian sidewalk is right across the street. You'll also see many people walking their dogs as our neighborhood is very pet friendly.
This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated older home. It is ideal for anyone that has problems with stairs, and has a front and back entrance so unpacking the car and taking in groceries is easy. The living room is an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area which seats 6 comfortably. Vinyl wood flooring throughout with the exception of carpet in the bedrooms.
It also has the added bonus of an Office with sliding glass doors which open to a small and private patio. The Office is furnished with a desk for your laptop hookup, a printer, bookcase with games and books, and a reading chair. If you would prefer something smaller in size, please ask me about my 1 bedroom unit.
Around the side of the house is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from you, the beach chairs and umbrella after returning from the beach. You'll also find the BBQ grill and maybe some charcoal and lighter fluid right outside your back door.
There are beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and an umbrella which you are free to take down to the beach. Pack a picnic lunch and make a day of it. If you're lucky you might just see a rocket launch.

This is the best vacation spot around! The owners are exceptional and always available. The property is in an excellent location and always, and I do mean always, in excellent condition! I would give 100 stars if available! Not any negative to say, outstanding, awesome, superb....

Spacious, clean and comfortable surroundings await the next fortunate person to rent this apartment. There’s a well-stocked kitchen with seasonings and condiments to satisfy every need, comfortable beds, an office, and even a washer and dryer a few steps out the back door. Kathy and Scott have thought of everything to make one’s stay enjoyable, and they are very responsive and available. There’s a lovely and private backyard and patio, and we really have appreciated the first floor living with our car right outside the door. There’s no need to stay in a noisy, crowded complex when this quiet place, within one block of the ocean, is available. My husband and I would recommend this rental to anyone!

I could not ask for anything more! The house is clean, comfortable, and full of amenities including fast, reliable Internet, TVs in all the rooms, and a well- stocked kitchen. The owner is extremely nice and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and feel welcome. Any issues with the house were immediately taken care of. Beautiful Cocoa Beach is right across the street, and it is the perfect location to see one of the frequent SpaceX rocket launches. I would definitely recommend this rental.

This house is literally just steps to the beach. We were able to walk out the front door, pick up our beach chair and walk down to the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We were easily able to cook for and serve our family of six. I really appreciated the key lime bread that Kathy left as a welcoming gift for us and the kids enjoyed the snacks she left. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return to this home.
