The primary bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace - ideal for remote work or quiet planning between beach outings. The second bedroom includes a full bed with trundle, while the third bedroom offers bunk beds (2 full beds), providing flexible options for families or groups. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table that seats eight for shared breakfasts or evening dinners. After a day exploring Ponte Vedra Beach, gather in the open living area with comfortable seating and HDTV for a relaxed night in.
Outdoor living
Step outside to your private patio with a BBQ grill and seating area - perfect for enjoying Florida’s year-round coastal climate. A washer and dryer add convenience for extended stays.
