Place was clean. Neighborhood was quiet & safe. Close to airport & Old San Juan, no wofi though. Wasn’t able to contact the person in charge to ask bout it.

The property was nice, safe, secure and convenient to everything. However I was disappointed in the nasty old lady next door who complained and had an attitude. We are on vacation and she complained because we were talking in the walkway on the way to our room. It was late around 2:30am so that was understandable. But she then had the nerve to complain when we’re talking in the morning too! It was literally just 2 of us and we’re not teenagers partying just literally talking. The property manager sent a message about her complaining and it was super annoying. I liked the place a would have probably recommended it but if I’m on vacation I’m not going to be told not to talk and have to tiptoe around so I don’t make noise. Wouldn’t recommend if you have a voice maybe if you’re mute.

The place is advertised as a 3 person accommodation. Expedia will show the same price wether it is for 1 guest or 3 (just verified by booking again for 2 and 3 people). I got hit for an extra charge for a 3rd person after deciding to bring my kid over since there was an "extra" bed for a third person. You will get charged by person per night. Arrived late at night and tried parking close to the entrance so I wouldn't make any noise while I unloaded and was promptly called by the owner to move the car. You will be under constant surveillance from the moment you park.
