We stayed at Villa Arsinoe Finiki for two weeks in April 2025. The villa is within walking distance of the excellent restaurants and small supermarket in Latchi, plus 10 minutes drive from the large supermarket in Polis. It has sea views fromthe bedrooms and a lovely garden area, BBQ and unheated pool. The rooms are spacious and it was a fantastic base for our trip to Cyprus. Highly recommended.

Myself and my fiancé really enjoyed our stay at Sofronio’s place, everything was as described in the photos and very clean and tidy upon arrival. Sofronio was incredibly helpful through messages whenever I had any questions. The house is beautiful inside and out and located in a perfect area, many restaurants and shops and places to see. I wish I had longer here!

Absolutely loved the villa and the area!!!
The villa has an additional shower room, with WC, than advertised.
Only issues: towels a bit small, needs lower rung on ladder into pool, sandwich toaster doesn’t work and wrong adapter on coffee maker.
Lovely friendly cats!!!
