Excellent apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 suites) and air-conditioned living room, full kitchen and balcony with a view!
400m from the beach, with exclusive access, the Condominium has adult and children's swimming pools, air-conditioned gym, children's playground, sports court, beach club with restaurant-bar, sun loungers, chairs and umbrella service. Exclusive path through Klaus Peters Park to the village of Praia do Forte.
We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send documents for registration and release at the entrance/property.k-out.
*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.
The rooms are arranged as follows:
Room 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.
Suite 1: 1 king-size bed, single sofa bed, split air conditioning, Smart TV and blackout curtains.
Suite 2: 1 king-size bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtains.
From a privileged location, the apartment offers a unique view of the entire IBEROSTATE Praia do Forte Complex. The residential is distributed around the large swimming pool with wooden deck and barbecue area (payable separately).
The resort is gated with 24 hour security! In addition, it has a Beach Club, access to hotel stores, pharmacy, children's area, sports leisure area with tennis and squash courts and swimming pools.
It has direct access to the beach, about 250 meters from the sand, swimming pools for adults and children, heated gym, children's playground, multi-sport court, tennis court, soccer field, squash court, golf course, bike rack and beach club with restaurant -Bar, free sunbeds, chairs and umbrella service. Exclusive way through Klaus Peters Park to Praia do Forte Village. Our guests can take advantage of the All inclusive pay-per-use services at Iberostar Hotels by hiring directly at the reception desk at the Iberostar Praia do Forte or Iberostar Bahia Hotels.
