This tranquil 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom lock off villa is outfitted with beautiful upgraded flooring throughout. The living room is decorated with cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials and small appliances needed for an extended vacation. The large private patio overlooks the beautiful community grounds. The bedroom has a king bed with a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and large soaking tub. The bedroom has separate access to the private patio. The property is located in one of the most quiet and tranquil locations in Legacy villas, just steps to the adults only lap pool. No second story neighbors!
There is an electric BBQ on the patio for guests to utilize as well as 2 community gas grills near the main clubhouse area.

The check in process was easy and the communication from the property manager was timely. The condo was very nice, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood was great and fun to walk around. We were 10 minutes from the Indian Wells tennis center and 10 minutes from downtown La Quinta with nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed the location and all the amenities. The villa we stayed in was nice, comfortable and quiet.

We had a great stay here. The place is clean and close to the pool. The only comment is that the bed is a little firm and takes a while to get use to.
