This tranquil 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lock off villa is outfitted with beautiful upgraded flooring throughout. The living room is decorated with cozy furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials and small appliances needed for an extended vacation. There is a large private patio that overlooks the beautiful community grounds and a smaller private patio off of one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a king bed with a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and large soaking tub. The property is located in one of the most quiet and tranquil locations in Legacy villas, just steps to the adults only lap pool. No second story neighbors!
There is an electric BBQ on the patio for guests to utilize as well as 2 community gas grills near the main clubhouse area.

The property is clean and spacious! Two bed rooms are perfect for two families to share with living room/kitchen in the middle and two bed rooms are on the two ends. The overall community is great, quiet and safe. One swimming pool is just outside the property. We enjoyed our stay. If you decide to stay in La Quint, this is a great choice.
