Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at your doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.
This stylish 470 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.
Max Occupancy: Two (2) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.
NO PARTIES allowed. Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.
NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.
$100 fee for any lost keys.
$200 fee for lost parking garage access card.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe made perfect by this very comfortable rental. It had everything we needed and then some. Attention to detail was spot on. The “rain shower” was a real treat and an ample supply of body wash, shampoo and conditioner were there if you needed it. We didn’t do any cooking but everything you would need was available. I was able to enjoy my daily hot tea people watching and admiring the New Mexico blue skies out all of the beautiful windows. I love a well lit environment so this was another reason this place was just what we wanted. The host was only a text/email message away and quickly responded if needed. He also gave us a lengthy list of restaurants and things to do in the area which was greatly appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like babies every night. The location was excellent and super close to the Plaza where we wanted to be. While we have stayed in Santa Fe 5-6 times this was our favorite rental. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great for short stays. Location is awesome. Parking is covered and nearby. WiFi is great. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Nice updates throughout unit. Living room view is really nice Quality king bed. This is an efficiency type kitchen but had all we needed. Full size refrigerator. Host was engaged and available.

Property was very convenient to the Plaza. But, compared with other properties I’ve stayed at in Santa Fe, it was a pretty small space with little dining space. Off site parking, in the City garage, was a little inconvenient. The Roku TV was a little confusing. Also, there was no standard cable TV channel subscription, so you could not watch standard TV programs, especially the World Cup. You needed to subscribe to streaming services. Overall, the property was nice but overpriced for the size and amenities.
