About this apartment rental
This cozy 1 bedroom vacation rental is just FULL of Santa Fe charm! Prime downtown location, just perfect for a couple on a getaway, or the solo traveler who wants to experience everything that Santa Fe has to offer. Ample living area with separate queen bedroom with en suite bath and workspace puts everything you need within reach. Complimentary wifi, a smart TV and off-street parking highlight the amenities in the Griffin Casita. Can also be reserved with the 2 bed/2bath Griffin House right next door.
***This is a pet-friendly unit, but we do not allow cats or other animals in any of our properties. Dogs that accompany a reservation must be approved by management before booking. They must be 60 lbs or less, housebroken, non-barking, and at least one year old. If your dog meets the requirements above or has been approved by property management, a $60 per pet per week additional fee plus taxes will be added to your reservation.
**MID-STAY CLEAN:
We require mid-stay clean(s) for stays of ten nights or more, or once a week depending on the duration of your stay with us. Each mid-stay clean fee is equal to one-half of the exit cleaning fee. The mid-stay cleans will be scheduled by property management prior to your arrival. This cleaning service is a general tidying of the unit in which housekeeping will change out all bedroom and bathroom linens as well as restocking of toiletries and other added amenities.

Property is in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything around the plaza. Having a dedicated parking space made exploring other areas of town very easy. Property was clean & host very friendly & responsive. Pet friendly property for sure. Easy to take our puppy out for a walk around the neighborhood. Would rent this property again!

The casita was adorable! Exactly what we wanted. And pet friendly so we were able to bring our chihuahuas. It is within walking distance of the Santa Fe square, shops, and restaurants.
