About this apartment rental
This condo is located in Boyne City, a short walk or drive to the downtown area. Located in the Harborage Association, it is a condo complex with an expansive beach with all properties directly on Lake Charlevoix. This corner unit, lower level condo has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king, the second has two single beds and the third has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms, den with sleeper sofa and dining area with great views of the lake, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Outside patio with seating and grill. There are four tennis courts and a putting green, for your use. A great jumping off place to Petoskey, Charlevoix, East Jordan and all the surrounding resort areas.

This is a wonderful spot! We have stayed at multiple Timber North properties and this might be our favorite. The location is great, close to the Harborage beach area, close to the park and walkable to downtown. Being able to walk outside on the ground floor was great and the covered porch was fantastic for gloomy or rainy days.

This rental has a great location. It is right on Lake Charlevoix and walking distance to downtown Boyne City and the parks. The unit is very comfortable and well appointed.

Really nice condo in a prime location. Clean and stocked. Loved the proximity to town and the great sunsets. A bit too busy on the holiday weekend but was great after that. WiFi barely works but we hotspot from phones no problem……and we really didn’t need it with that location!

We had the BEST week in a beautiful condo that was fully equipped with anything you would ever need! Beautiful view, friendly neighbors and great location - walkable to Boyne City! We were sorry to see the week come to an end!
