About this house rental
The Cleat House is just the place to enjoy your time while visiting Boyne City. The space is the lower residence of a beautiful home located directly across from the Harborage Marina. It has a dedicated and private entrance with an expansive porch with gas grill, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, den, kitchen, washer/dryer. In addition, this space is handicap accessible from a side walkway from the front parking area and through french doors. The bathroom has a barrier free, walk-in shower and open space throughout the rooms. The perfect spot to enjoy any season Up North with the whole family.
Note that you have a private entrance at the front of the home. There is parking for two vehicles. In addition, we rent the home next door to this property. If you need a larger space, inquire regarding availability.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and provided items necessary for our short stay. The only negative with the house is it only accommodates two vehicles in the driveway (we had three in our group). The other item is the bedroom with the bunk beds doesn't have AC, it got warm in the bedroom. I would definitely recommend the house in spite of the two shortcomings.

Such a beautiful home. It’s so spacious and welcoming! Walking distance to restaurants and even a park for little ones and access to the lake. The home was perfect for our get away and definitely plan on going back soon.
