This is a cute, tiny place. I would have rated it higher but it severely needed sprayed for spiders and ants. Otherwise, the place was clean. The landlord was responsive when the door lock stopped working but when I asked him to spray for spiders and ants, he didn't do it.

I was booked and confirmed months in advance. I did not receive entry instructions and when I arrived at the location the owner told me it was not available. I reserved a private guest house with private outdoor space which included a fire pit. The owner then showed me a bedroom which shared a bathroom and kitchen with two other bedrooms. For the same price?! The owner expressed curiosity as to why I declined accommodations which were inferior to what I had reserved and paid for.

Too small to spend any leisure time inside. Was really a studio with no seating area. Since we had family nearby it suited us well. It was very clean and well decorated and quiet.

This place is most delightful. It is quiet , clean, treats, water, The atmosphere because of the decore and set up makes it cozy and peaceful. This is my second time staying there and I hope it will always be there to stay when I am in that area.

Squeaky clean, comfy bed, very quiet, convenient location, nice host. I particularly appreciate the fact that it was clean without smelling like cleaning products. I have asthma and cannot tolerate perfumes, scents, or especially “carpet fresh” type products. I will definitely stay here next time I am in town. The only difficulty I had was finding the entry. A sign would be helpful.

Charming place offering full kitchen with microwave/airfryer awesome snack baskets for hungry travelers. This stay was perfect .from the start both owner & vrbo responded quickly. Extra clean, bed very comfortable easy access keyless entry to unit secure nice area close to many attractions residential neighborhood. Many modern features Fire Pit area inviting w/seating private.
