It's an entertainer's dream. A Lopi gas log fireplace, combined with split system heating and cooling in the main space and three other distinct areas, guarantee comfort no matter the season.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 50mins drive away.

Our home is located approx 4.5km from the Surf Coast Highway and 10km from Bells Beach.
Off-street parking available for 2 cars (garage is locked/not available for parking).
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Torquay is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.

The house is amazing! Beautifully appointed with plenty of space for everyone - our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) loved it. We loved that it is dog-friendly, huge yard with room to play etc. All amenities were considered too - overall it was perfect.
