This delightful holiday property is well presented and with a glimpse of the ocean when standing on the front deck offers the perfect holiday stay.
Upstairs you will find polished floorboards throughout three bedrooms, kitchen, laundry and the dining room.
The modern open plan kitchen has a Chef gas cook top, Bosch dishwasher, Panasonic Microwave and Westinghouse fridge. The carpeted lounge opens onto the East facing deck.
Down stairs you will find a separate double bedroom and a large yard. A wide driveway includes a basketball ring and enables off street parking for two vehicles.
Brivis ducted heating and a Daikin split system complement this immaculate home.
A brisk five minute walk has you at Jan Juc’s surf beach. Golfers are spoilt for choice with the 13th Beach, The Sands, Anglesea and Lorne golf courses all within a 20 minute drive. The Torquay golf course is a 5 minute stroll away.
The two main bedrooms have queen sized beds. The two children’s bedrooms have bunks. The house is best suited to two couples and four children

A bright, breezy home with great layout for a family group. Well equipped, clean and a short walk to Jan Juc beach. Gregor went above and beyond as a courteous and helpful host. We would definitely go back.

This was our second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint!The location is excellent, the host super responsive & easy to deal with, the listing is as described and the renovations are outstanding.We always love it here and the property is well fitted out with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.I'm sure we will be back again!you
