Most importantly our family had a good time in this house. The 4th bedroom is off the kitchen converted from part of the original 2-car garage. It is ground level with access to the garage. The bathroom for this bedroom is across the kitchen and provides access to the lanai.The heated pool was fabulous. The house guide book should contain instructions to add water when the plumbing throughout house sounds like it is bubbling…basically when water level goes below 1/2 the height of the pool filter opening. The TVs in all the bedrooms were a nice thing to have. Nice big kitchen too with plenty of room to seat 8 if the weather inclement.

The house is in need of some TLC. The bricks around the pool are loose. The kitchen cabinets are missing handles. The room off the garage was riddled with cockroaches. The bathroom off the pool had a broken towel rack. The bedding and pillows were not very comfortable. The lighting is too bright. The pool made a gurgling sounds all day and night. We woke up to a nail gun and construction every morning from the renovations next door. We had to dock our boat at the neighbors house bc the dock at this rental was broken and not safe for my elderly parents to step onto the boat. The area around was under also under road construction.
