The two-storey property features two separate apartments, each with a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, and a baby cot.
The two apartments are on different floors within the same building and are not connected internally.
Outside, you have a private area with a garden, terrace, and barbecue—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. One parking space is available on site, and street parking is free. One pet is allowed.
Smoking and events are not permitted. In winter, a pellet stove is available; pellets can be provided by the owner for an extra charge. Heating via air conditioning is included. Breakfast is available for an extra charge and can be requested on arrival; it includes a selection of Italian items such as croissants, toast, jams, and coffee, delivered at your preferred time.
Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00. Late check-in must be arranged with the owner and is subject to availability and an extra charge.

Beautiful view and lovely hosts. Our girls loved the all the friendly animals that lived nearby. We would love to stay there again!
