2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Mariner’s Walk 12E is a stunning three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom oceanfront villa that positions itself as one of the premier rentals in all of Wild Dunes — and the views back that up completely. With the Atlantic stretching out before you from multiple vantage points, a beachfront location that puts the sand steps away, and a layout designed for larger families and groups, this villa is hard to top.
Three bedrooms, all en suite: a king, dual full beds, and a queen — meaning everyone has their own comfortable space and their own bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, great outdoor spaces, and direct access to the Mariner’s Walk private pool make it easy to settle into island life from the moment you arrive. Golf, spa, bike trails, and Wild Dunes’ restaurants are all within easy reach.

Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

Clean and functional - plenty of room for our family in the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and living space. Beautiful views of the beach and of the stars at night from the patio. Super easy 1-minute walk to the beach or pool. Our host was easy to contact and always informative. We did purchase (and donate to the Villa) a full-sized broom and dust pan for all the sand that came in while we were there. Our only suggestions would be to have a corkscrew in the kitchen and a front door mat to catch some of the sand. We would definitely come again!

Condo was perfect for my husband, 2 boys and their girlfriends. Everything was as stated on the listing and Alec quickly addressed any concerns we had. We’ll be back there is no doubt!

Loved the location to beach and pool. Not crowded at all and very peaceful. Great for our family with 4 little kids. It was a little far from things outside of the resort if interested in those things. Would have improved trip if there were some games available, as well as, baby friendly items like a high chair and pack n play. Super happy overall and would love to come back!
