About this apartment rental
Dear Vacationers,
Our modern and comfortably furnished vacation home has a living area of approximately 86 m² (spread over three floors) as well as a south-west-facing terrace and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The first floor features a hallway with a coat closet, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a combined living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen area, and a storage room.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and Senseo machine, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and much more.
The living and dining area, which was completely renovated in the spring of 2024, features a seating area with a corner sofa, a coffee table, and a swivel chair. A 3D LED flat-screen TV (42) as well as a 3D Blu-ray player, a soundbar, a hi-fi system, various books, and games provide entertainment. A large table and eight comfortable rocking chairs invite you to dine in the dining area.
The high-end bathroom, featuring a glass shower enclosure, a heated towel rack, heated floors, and a hair dryer, also includes a washer-dryer.
The storage room contains a clothes rack with clothespins, as well as an ironing board and an iron.
Garden furniture, a patio umbrella, and a charcoal grill are available for the patio and, along with a handcart, are stored in the storage room outside next to the patio, ready for your use.
For our youngest guests, we provide children’s cutlery and dishes, a high chair, a travel crib, and outlet covers.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, all equipped with 32" LED flat-screen TVs and radio alarm clocks, as well as a high-quality bathroom featuring a glass shower enclosure, a towel warmer, underfloor heating, and a hair dryer.
1st bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a wall-mounted wardrobe with a built-in safe.
2nd bedroom with two separate box-spring beds and a linen closet.
3rd bedroom with a single bed, a pull-out bed, and a linen closet.
In the attic, there is another bedroom with two separate box-spring beds, a wardrobe, a 26" LED flat-screen TV, and a radio alarm clock.
