End-unit town home/condo located in Woodridge at The Villages in Seven Springs Mountain Resort.
SLEEPS 13! 6 Beds + pullout sofa & sleeper chair. New flooring throughout living areas!
BEDS: Master bedroom has a king bed and balcony. The remaining bedrooms have a queen, full and single twin & twin over full bunk bed respectively, along with a pullout sofa is in living room and sleeper chair upstairs.
MOUNTAIN ACCESS: During natural snow conditions the unit is SKI-IN, requiring about a 50 foot walk from the last point of skiing to the door. Shuttle can drop you one stop up to ski down, or at the base of the resort.
Free HIGH SPEED WiFi INTERNET ACCESS
KITCHEN: Fully equipment.
ENTERTAINMENT: The living room has a 40 inch HD TV (with HD service) and NFL REDZONE (all games' coverage) during regular season. All 4 of the bedrooms have HDTV and there are 4 DVD players with assorted videos.
Gas fireplace- fire at just the flip of a switch
Spacious ground level deck just off the dining area with lots of seating and a propane grill.
Condo is a very short stroll to the Woodridge community area (3 min walk!) with in ground pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, playground, and community grilling area.
The two-level unit sits directly across from the shuttle stop #31 (you can stand at the door and see the shuttle pull up!) Shuttle offers round the clock service to hotel and lodge (restaurants, bars, bowling, mini golf, indoor pool, arcade, etc,.)
Lots of activities on site or nearby: 18 hole golf course, ski lifts, shooting range, horseback riding, fishing, wineries, white water rafting, Flight 93 Memorial and more!

If you are coming to ski, the location is great. The shuttle stops right outside the unit. We did have to wait a little while for it to show up, but then it drops you at the top of the mtn and you ski down. There was plenty of room for both of our families to stay comfortably in the unit.

Arrived at the check in time and there was no email or communication with the access code for the door. While I sat there with my 8yr old kid in the car I messaged the owner, called a few times then resorted to contacting VRBO for help. After about 40 minutes i finally got the door code and an apology from the owner. The place seemed like it couldve had a better cleaning. Its a spacious place which is nice. I had to figure out how to light the fireplace on my own as the flip of the switch instructions didnt work. Had to figure out which remotes work with which tvs which was annoying. Close proximity to the resort was nice. In the end I left my brand new hiking boots under the bed. I messaged the owner that i could pick them up from the property any fri sat or sun and offered to pay for them to be shipped to me. I never got a reply back. That in my opinion is just a bad way to address things. It seems like the owner is too busy with his other ventures to run an VRBO.
