There is free parking in front of the townhomes. It is first come first serve and shared with other units. There is a shuttle that runs on-call in the summer and continuously in the winter months to transport you to the Seven Springs resort. It is run by Seven Springs and takes less than 10 minutes.
We have a minimum rental age of 25. All bookings are reviewed before confirmation. We are a family environment. No parties allowed at the unit.
Unfortunately due to HOA and insurance regulations, the fireplaces are not able to be used by renters.
During the winter months (December - March), bookings cannot check out/in on Saturdays. You must rent for the entire weekend.

Only thing is it would have been nice to know that the upstairs bedroom is only accessible using a VERY narrow spiral staircase. We were a group of "older" ladies, and a few of them would have been unable to climb those stairs. Otherwise, very nice.

I took my family here for thanksgiving weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with this beautiful property. This lovely home was everything and more . Plenty of space for all 11 of us . Would highly recommend spending time in this well appointed townhouse .

Spacious home with a hot tub and plenty of beds. The shuttle came often and picked you up right in front of the building. Also, the owner was fast and responsive with questions. We would definitely come back!

We stayed at the property in late July 2016. Our family was having a reunion at Seven Springs and we reserved three condos in total. My portion of the family was drafted to stay in this one. The other two were located in another area closer to the actual resort. We actually paid more for our cabin and were severely disappointed when we checked out the others. The others had updated fixtures, appliances, paint, bathrooms, counter tops....you name it. We had avocado bathrooms. My daughter literally asked "What year were green bathrooms popular?" What I can say is that the cabin was very clean. Not a speck of dirt in it and just about everything you could need in the kitchen. However, the cabin is horribly outdated....parts of it from the 70's, 80's and early 90's. Everything other than the carpet and sectional sofa is just old. The bed in the master bedroom was so horribly uncomfortable that my husband and I opted to sleep on the sectional sofa during the second night of our stay. Cabin is very accessible to the resort and is in a nice area.....just needs some updates for the price.
