From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you close your eyes at night, you are enjoying the ocean views from every room.

And don’t forget the large heated pool with the swim-up bar-restaurant serving lunch, snacks, and dinner.
Both the bedroom and the living room have doors that open to the patio with gas BBQ, so you can enjoy the ocean breeze all day long.
You have elevator access, and then there is a flight of stairs up to this condo.

The Palapa swim up pool bar and restaurant serves very reasonably priced food and drinks, starting with breakfast. They serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for only about $10 USD per person 2x/week.
There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor.
Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is a very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo.
Located on the first point at the East end of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), less than two miles from downtown Cabo…it’s close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, far enough away to avoid solicitors and crowds.

Great view!!! Saw whales everyday. The pool was perfect. I enjoyed the water arobics that was offered 3/week. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets.

It’s the kind of place you almost want to keep a secret: so it will always be available when you’re ready to return. Lazy morning people can watch the sunrise while sipping coffee from the comfort of bed, and then watch the sun’s last embers as it sets over the iconic Arch and Land’s End (we could not believe it was just around the corner)! It’s an easy and affordable uber ride to the perfectly chaotic nightlife and countless activities found at the Marina, shops and stores. There is a small but lovely beach (and the condo has all you need for those days) and there’s some cool pools with swim up bars where the food is good and the four-o’clock happy hour most definitely delivers. The condo is comfortable, clean, and ready with all you need for a short or long stay. Our host was prompt to answer any questions, and the folks we met during our stay were just good people. This is one VRBO that really does look as good or better than the photos you see in the listing.

Lovely one bedroom overlooking the ocean. We saw many whales from the balcony. The condo is well furnished and comfortable. Great stay!

The place was ok, after having difficulties with the front door & lock. The door needs attention; it is very sticky and the door code didn't work; had to use the key left in the lock box each day.
The bed was very comfortable and we never needed air conditioning in February.
The location and nearby beach were very good. Note: I've never had to wash and dry towels, when I paid for a cleaning service; this doesn't seem reasonable.
