Will’s Haus is a renovated home on an acre lot in the spacious and tranquil Preiss Heights neighborhood.
A 3 minute drive to HISTORIC GRUENE, the GUADALUPE RIVER, and conveniently located near all that NEW BRAUNFELS, TEXAS has to offer (Schlitterbahn, Comal River, Wurstfest, restaurants/nightlife, and more)!

— THE HOME —
Will’s Haus is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,700 sq. ft. home that offers an updated and stocked kitchen with counter seating for four and a bar area, two dining spaces, and a spacious and comfortable living area with a 75" smart TV and double French doors leading to the private backyard.
The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and its own private bathroom featuring a double vanity and walk-in, frameless glass shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and shares a single vanity and tub/shower combo bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room includes two twin-sized bunk beds each with an additional pull-out trundle (6 twin beds total) - perfect for kids, a tight squeeze for adults.
The driveway and carport provide ample parking for guests. A horseshoe pit, cornhole game boards, grill, and small patio table are some of the amenities included in the backyard space. The property also features a side yard with half an acre of open space and beautiful mature trees, where you can watch the deer stroll through in the mornings and evenings.
The neighborhood is spacious and tranquil. It gives off a 'country' feel with lots of trees and deer despite it's close proximity to town!

Great location! The house is beautiful, and was very clean. It was very spacious, and just a short drive to Gruene. We really enjoyed our visit! The hosts are very responsive, and the house had everything we needed.

We had an incredible stay over a long weekend. Though the weather and conditions were t the best for floating, Amy made sure we had all the information we needed for our safety and off river activities. Loved the house and area! Thank you.

We have stayed at several vacation rentals in NB and were disappointed. Will Haus was top tier and we will definitely be looking to stay here again as we travel to the area often. Amy and Evan have thought of everything when it comes to this property. The kitchen is stocked with every thing you might need for cooking. Great open floor plan for visiting! Just a lovely place!!
