Cozy, clean, comfortable cottage. Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable King bed. Well-stocked kitchen. Two baths were nice. Air conditioning worked well. Quiet neighborhood (gets dark at night). Walking to good restaurants.

We really enjoyed this clean property, literally a 2 minute walk to a quiet section of the beach. Saw dolphins every day! Be sure to have dinner at the nearby Sundae Cafe.. it was AMAZING.

This was our first visit to Tybee Island, we came for the long Labor day weekend. The cottage was just as described, and within a short walk to restaurants and the beach.
Our host Ed and Pat were very helpful in giving us suggestions for places to eat on the Island. Ed was quick to respond when a small issue occured.
We enjoyed our stay on Tybee.
