Located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, this apartment will delight you with its location. Everything has been designed to optimise the space in this bright 27m2 studio with sea view and direct beach access.
Functional, it offers a living-dining room with a fold-down bed, a separate kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and WC. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and opens directly onto a common lawn area with direct access to a small beach.
You will take advantage of its privileged location to discover Locmariaquer and its port, its terraces with sea views, its charming church and its lively market. A true postcard setting, where one enjoys strolling.
