Located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, this apartment will delight you with its amenities. Everything has been designed to optimise the space in this bright 27m2 studio with sea view and direct access to the beach.
Functional, it offers a living/dining room with a fold-away bed, a separate kitchenette, a shower room with toilet. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and opens directly onto a communal grassy area with direct access to a small beach.
You will enjoy its privileged location to discover Locmariaquer and its port, particularly appreciated for its terraces with sea views, its charming church and its lively market. A true postcard setting, where you can enjoy strolling.
