“Lifestyles and Dreams” is a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath vacation rental home that sleeps 14 and is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Florida in the Cottages of Seagrove community. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away! This luxurious and modern 2500 SQFT home was built in 2020 and is beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home! The gathering areas are located on the second floor, the master suite and guest suite on the third floor, and the guest room along with the bunk room on the first floor. The best part… it comes with a ping pong table, a complimentary six-seater electric street legal golf cart, and four bikes with helmets. Cruise Seagrove, Seaside, and 30A in style, or grab a bite to eat at some of the most delicious restaurants the area has to offer nearby!
Upon entering this stunning vacation rental home, you will find the guest room with a king bed and the bunk room with a full over full bunk bed with a full trundle bed on the first floor. There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination that is shared between the two guest bedrooms. Take the stairs up to the second floor, where you will find the beautifully decorated and welcoming common areas. The comfortable living area offers plenty of seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large HDTV. The dining area seats ten, while the breakfast bar seats an additional five. The modern kitchen offers brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, and everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. A half bath is located off the common areas as well. Lastly, the third level of this spectacular home boasts the master and queen suites. The master suite offers a private balcony and a private bathroom. Glass Casa was very clean upon our arrival. We give the comfort of the beds a 10/10. Clean & very comfy! Kitchen had basic dishes needed however, if you plan to cook a meal, be prepared to bring EVERYTHING needed down to salt & the salt shaker.

The house was a short walk to the beach with great access. The stairs were tough and there were a lot of flying ants in the house but that was probably due to a lot of rain. The handle fell off of the freezer door but we didn’t have an Allen wrench to fix it. Hope the cleaning people did. It was a great stay except for the rain. The house was exactly as advertised.

This 3 story 4BR home is beautiful and well situated in Seagrove close to shops and places to eat. The golf cart was amazing to have! Seaside is only a couple miles away and we went down there several times. The only thing I felt like the house needed was furniture on the master BR balcony so that space could be enjoyed. Throw pillows on the couch would have been nice too! But we loved having beach chairs, a wagon, boogie boards to use! Excellent communication with host as well! Very memorable stay!

Good location if you don’t mind a short walk to the beach. Multiple beach accesses close by. The community pool is very small but was never packed. If you are planning to cook a lot be sure to bring essentials for the kitchen, basics are included but no containers to store food or large pots for boils. We had an ant issue and the washer machine didn’t work well enough to wash our laundry but the company responded quickly to concerns or issues. Unfortunately the washer issue couldn’t be fixed while we were there so that was an inconvenience but we made do. It was so nice to have a golf cart and all the beach essentials included. The home also has a great layout if you’re bringing multiple families. Overall a nice area and property.
