The Borders Lodge and the Upper Borders Lodge Form an elegant enclave of tastefully decorated mountain residences. Exploring the Vail Valley is great fun on the bike path or hiking trails or even in a car! Underground secured parking and storage allows you and your guests the freedom to bring and leave a bike or car if you so choose. Owner's storage is plentiful! The Upper Borders Lodge is true ski in ski out to chair 14, the entrance to North Americas only village to village ski experience. The year around pool and 2 hot tubs are a treat for the family whether playing with children or soaking in the hot tub under the star filled night sky after a wonderful day of hiking, golfing, horseback riding or skiing. Every season is a new experience for you and your family to enjoy. Other amenities include onsite front desk and concierge services. In addition to banks of enormous picture windows which capture the golf course and Mountain View's, Upper Borders Lodge 208 is beautifully furnished, and has 3 very spacious bedrooms. The chef in your family will be thrilled with the fully equipped kitchen which will no doubt come in handy on a snowy winter night or when breakfast is served! The sunny dining area seats 6 with additional seating available at the bar. Relaxing by the rock fireplace reliving the days adventures with family and friends as moonlight spills across the room and millions of stars begin to fill the sky it becomes clear that without saying or even thinking it you've come home. Beautiful condo. Great location! Ski lift out the back door with no lines. Skiing back to condo was difficult for beginner but free easy shuttle offered a quick ride back from other locations. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo. The location was great and the ski in/ out was very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. We will be sure to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at this property the first week in Feb '25 for our first time visiting BC (6 adults). The unit is very much like the pictures in the listing. Modern, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Nice sunrises over the mountains from the MBR. Location is good for ski in/out. It's a small, barely used lift that runs behind the condo but it takes up so you can connect to anywhere on the mountain. From this property you can use the free Village Connect bus system to take you to other parts of the resort on demand which is extremely well run and efficient. The property manager (Matt B) is outstanding. He was very communicative prior to the stay and was super responsive throughout. He knows the property/unit very well and what we experienced was exactly as he described when booking. I would book this property again as well as would use Matt again (he has other properties) if this one were not available on our desired dates.
