About this house rental

Beach Villa 2112 is a completely renovated one-bedroom/one bathroom direct gulf front condo. Our 2nd-floor walk-up condo features a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining area, and full kitchen. The screened lanai is off the living room and faces directly out to the Gulf of Mexico. You can stare out over the courtyard to the beach and see the world-famous Captiva Island sunsets every day. Rest and relax in our newly furnished bedroom with a king-sized bed. There is one full bathroom just off the hallway nearby. In the living room, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a full Murphy bed for additional guests. We've also added a washer and dryer in the unit for extra convenience. We also provide beach towels. The Beach Villas complex is great in that it has its heated pool (2 others on site as well), tennis, BBQ, high-speed wireless internet, and beach access. As the Beach Villas are located at the South End of the resort, even though you won't have access to the resort amenities, you can easily get to the shops and restaurants in the Captiva Village area. Please note that our condo building doesn't have an elevator, so you will need to go up a flight of stairs. Also, as we are privately managed, you won't have full resort amenity access, which includes any resort restaurants, shops, the main pool with slide at North End, the golf course, trolley service, and any other resort amenities. Even without that, you have access to so much more in the Captiva Village area, save up to 50% or more compared to resort rates, and never pay a resort fee!

Important Notes

Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.

Pool Closure
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026.  This closure is expected to last one (1) month. The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. One is in front of the 2300 building, and the other is in front of the  2500 building.

Unit was perfect for our family of four. Very clean, management was quick to respond to any questions, perfect location near the pool and beach access.

Everything was clean and neat. Plenty of towels. Enjoyed having a rental service deliver umbrellas and chairs! Location was nice and just a short walk to the pretty, uncrowded beach. A few things to know-you’ll have to buy your own toilet paper and paper towels and toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner as they only provide enough for a few days. They could definitely do better than this. Nearest grocery store is in Sanibel. Pool has no shaded area which for me is a must. Walks are thin and you can hear everything. Air conditioning is so loud! Construction from early am to sundown was a noisy bummer when sitting on the porch. Overall, not bad, just a few annoyances to contend with. Such a pretty area of FL and we did enjoy the stay.
