This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.
Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.
Elevator Notice
The building’s elevator is currently operational, but because it is a mechanical system, we cannot guarantee continuous operation. Refunds will not be issued for elevator outages.
Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.
Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.
Pool Closure
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026. This closure is expected to last one (1) month.

We had a lovely time and the view was fab. Having the pool and the beach on the doorstep and being able to walk into the little ‘town’ was great.

This was our second time staying here. It’s a great location. Good beach access which is our priority. The view was slightly obstructed but it’s also nice to see all the grasses planted. Glad you added a vanity mirror in the bedroom. Really helps. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cleaning people missed a couple things. Coffee maker had water and old pods in it. All in all it’s a wonderful place. We left it the way we found it. Brought extra pop and water to the fire department. We hope to be back again.

Pros: clean unit with updated kitchen and bath overlooking the pool with ocean view. Management and host were very responsive. Easy access to beach with beautiful sunsets. Cons: kitchen had ants which someone else posted about (not sure why it wasn't taken care of previously), A/C was VERY noisy and is in dire need of cleaning including ductwork. Bedroom is small with no windows. Absolutely no spices available for use - not even salt and pepper. We have never rented a condo that did not have basic spices available for use.
