Jocelyne & Alain welcome you to a charming authentic traditional 19th century farmhouse, fully restored - adjoining their charming second home that they never occupy when the gîte is occupied in order to completely "privatize" the place for their guests - nestled in the peace and quiet of the rolling countryside, in the very heart of the bucolic Charolais bocage, with the famous cows as peaceful and close neighbors. Absolute tranquility nestled in a mini rural hamlet located in a "cul de sac", a stone's throw from the center of the picturesque typical village of Passy where an elegant 12th century Romanesque church stands. Magnificent rural environment, in the hollow of a vast plateau of pastures & meadows dotted with small rivers full of fish, nestled under the wooded ridges of a large wild forest massif that dominates the valley (to be explored during relaxing walks or mountain bike rides). Splendid landscaped setting 100% soothing & relaxing, offering the rare privilege of being able to observe wildlife including from the cottage (roe deer, foxes, does, etc.).
