About this house rental
Luxury townhome with great water views. So many things to do with full tennis courts, full basketball court, volleyball sand court, outdoor shuffleboard, horseshoes, workout room facing the large pool, toddler safety playground, fishing piers off several ponds, paved biking trails and a boat launch. Only 2 miles from the ocean, very close to restaurants and bars .Ocean City movie theater only 2 miles away. Three floors, three bedrooms with full bathrooms, upgraded kitchen, all hardwood floors. Balcony and patio with great views of water. Master bedroom has a king size, first floor bedroom king size, 3rd bedroom queen and bunk beds. No allergy problems, here it is allergy proof. Washer and dryer available. Cable TV and internet. Also, relaxing sunroom with view of water and fountain. Enjoy!

The property is in nice locations. Near the attractions in both Delaware and Ocean City. Having a pool on the property was nice. The house is spacious and could fit multiple families. A little out dated but still okay. My family of 2 adults and 4 kids enjoyed our stay. Check-in/out was very easy.

Our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Joann’s condo. Easy check-in/out, three stories with spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a garage for extra storage, a wonderful sunroom with views, a 2-minute walk to the family-friendly pool with a kiddie area, tennis and pickleball courts, bay access for paddling, 10 min to OC and a quiet community for walking, running or biking. Condo seems like it’s been updated since the listing and photos were published- current photos don’t do it justice. We would gladly stay again.

The property was spacious and well suited for the adults and children in our party. The beds were comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the property was only fair and there were windows for which the mechanisms were unable to function to open the windows. The was no light bulb in the outside light which I supplied because it was dark at night at the entrance door without the light functioning. Some of the closets had excessive personal items which interfered with the use of the closet space.
