Enjoy outdoor seating on all three levels with a beautiful view of Bayville Lake. Take a walk through the community and watch the sunrise and set off the Assawoman Bay.
Guests have access to enjoy all the amenities at Bayville Shores with no additional cost, including the community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, children's playground, fitness center, biking and walking trails, boating and kayaking launch ramp to the bay.
Nearby Activities: Located only a few miles from Delaware and Maryland Beaches. Minutes away from local state parks that offer miles of scenic nature trails. There is plenty of additional nearby fun and entertainment including restaurants, miniature golf, go-karts, water sport rentals and shopping.

This vacation rental was truly the best. The thoughtful touches made it a perfect home away from home. The kitchen was impeccably stocked. Our family enjoyed cooking meals together. The game room included board and card games in addition to the pool table and foosball table. The competition was fierce! The property is clearly well-maintained, and we will definitely book again.

Very easy check in. The house was beautiful. Loved all the coffee pod choices! Wi FI was great! Wonderful family vacation and host was very responsive!!

Location was perfect for enjoying both the calm and the OC lifestyles. Townhouse was beautiful and cozy. Great views and very safe neighborhood. We even had a Mama deer and her two babies eat grass on the front yard right next to us. Truly enjoyed our stay and host was very responsive.
