About this house rental
2020 built home ready to enjoy! Very spacious 3BR/2BA house with lots of extra room and beautiful views of Canandaigua Lake. Very close to everything! 3 min to downtown Canandaigua and to Lakeshore Drive. Close to local Breweries and Wineries. 4 Min to Canandaigua Pier. 5 Min to CMAC concert venue, 10 minutes to Other Half brewery (our favorite). Very to close to all local wedding/ event venues! Lots of local nature parks and trails to explore! Bristol Mountain is 15 minutes away and West Lake road is home to the best fall foliage around! Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall - Canandaigua Lake has it all. Always something to do in the Canandaigua and Finger Lakes Region!
Enjoy the fall foliage and close to Bristol Mountain for scenery and skiing! A quick google search of Canandaigua NY "things to do" will bring up all the wonderful things to explore in the Finger Lakes region.
Soak up the sun on the very large deck and view the beauty of the lake! There is plenty of seating on the deck and stone walkway, there is a grill and propane fireplace on the deck for your entertainment. Large kitchen and family room for entertaining! Great area to enjoy the sunrise and beautiful weather! Wine chiller on site to chill all the great local wine! Access to the lake from this property where you can go swimming or kayaking! (Note- there is no public beach at the lake access, but there a swimming beach at Atwater park or Kershaw park) See pictures for details on lake access, please be respectful of neighbors!
A short drive to other Finger Lakes to enjoy all of the beautiful scenery and wineries and breweries around (there are a lot!) If you need any trip recommendations feel free to reach out, we enjoy seeing the region and can give you our opinion on local attractions!
The house has king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and twins in the other rooms, included in the rental is 2 air mattresses and sectional sofa as well. Washer and dryer use included. The master bedroom walks out to the deck with great views of the lake and surrounding nature!
Kitchen includes the basic necessities, cooking pans and utensils, and drinkware/silverware. We will provide paper towels (2 rolls) and toilet paper for each bathroom (2 rolls per bathroom). There will be some dishwasher and laundry detergent pods on site as well! We do ask that you keep the screen doors shut as mush as possible to prevent mosquitoes from getting in the house! We will provide a couple citronella candles as well on arrival! Any other questions feel free to reach out!

The property is wonderful - great location, well stocked, extremely comfortable, large rooms. It is especially good for kids, with a large yard and loads of toys. We especially appreciated having a pack-n-play and a highchair for the baby, so we didn't have to worry about that. But what really sets this property apart is the host. Joel is the most responsive VRBO host we have ever had. I don't know how he does it, but if you need anything, he gets it taken care of. This is our third stay, and he is consistently great! We'll be back!

The location and all of the communication from Joel was tremendous. All of the essentials were better than we experienced from other locations and would highly recommend this property.
