Welcome to "Finally"! This quintessential beach cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 total guests. 1 small dog under 30lb will be considered with advanced approval for a $150 + tax pet fee. .
The open living space features a large great room with vaulted ceiling, large, flat screen TV and DVD/VHS player and Queen size sleeper sofa. For your entertainment*, we have a collection of movies and a book library for those lazy afternoon beach reads.
The dining area can accommodate up to 8, with 4-5 at the dining table and an additional 3 at the breakfast bar. If you prefer to dine in the lush vegetation, a dining table for 4 is available on our covered deck.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all basic appliances and everything you may need to prepare your St. George Island catch of the day. A separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer is located just past the kitchen.
The first of the 2 bedrooms is our King bedroom. This oversized master bedroom is light and airy with a sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player and access to the covered deck. The private bathroom has a separate vanity area, walk-in closet and shower stall with hand-held shower head.
The second bedroom is located on the opposite end of the home and offers a Queen size bed, a Queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and VHS player and access to the covered deck. The adjoining bathroom also has a separate vanity area and a combination tub/shower.
The covered deck is a great spot to relax in the shade or you may decide to lay in the sun on the furnished widow’s walk with peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Nestled in a wooded ½ acre lot, ‘Finally’ offers privacy and seclusion surrounded by natural vegetation. Beach access is just a 4 minute walk via the nature path or a 5 minute stroll along the residential streets of the St. George Plantation community.
Outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, picnic table and covered parking. If you have younger children, underneath the home offers a large, shaded concrete pad--a great place to escape the sun on those hot summer days with little ones who just want to be outside to play, the perfect space for riding toys!
And as a guest in the prestigious St. George Island Plantation community, you will have access to the many amenities which include the state-of-the-art Plantation Clubhouse, 2 community pools, tennis and pickleball courts and the fitness center. You also have access to Bob Sike's Cut where you can fish from the jetties or photograph some of the most amazing sunsets. And then there are the miles of bike path that extend the length of the Plantation, a great and memorable way to explore the area and become familiar with our forgotten paradise.

We had a fabulous experience here at Finally and would love to come back! The house was perfect for our family of 5!! We loved the Plantation… the privacy of it as well as all it had to offer. By far our favorite things to do were to take morning bike rides, relax/play on the beach during the day, then head out to Bob Sike’s Cut/Jetties in the evening, and finish the night off at Paddy’s listening to live music. We booked this trip at the very last minute, and everything was just perfect!

We had a great stay. The house was immaculate. We had some trouble with the television and they came out right away to fix it which we really appreciate I like that they gave you bicycles, which made it a lot easier to ride to the beach and to the pool. I think my only complaint is we were not allowed to rent golf carts and bring them through the neighborhood and that was not listed in the description. My daughter was really excited about renting a golf cart and we were not allowed to.

Wonderful location! Quiet and tranquil. Easy walk to the beach and great place to ride bikes on the path. Access to the pool, and workout area. Most everything you need is there. I'd recommend bringing plastic cups, or yeti's as everything in the home is glass. Also, you'll need spices, oil, etc. Not much left from previous renters. Decks are wonderful and so much seating. The beach rental items were so helpful and delivered and picked up was a bonus. Will look to stay here again if in the area.

The property was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was cozy, a very homey feel. The house is tucked away in natures best with the ocean a short walk to the lovely soft sandy beach. It was an amazing trip and I plan on staying at this house again later this year!! Finally the perfect place!
