About this apartment rental
Welcome to our home-away-from-home. We love this place and know you will too. Pool right out the main door, the ocean across the road from the pool - 30 seconds walk.
We designed the space for relaxation - it's comfortable, usable, friendly, and delightful. King beds in each of 2 bedrooms, 65" television w/ sound bar in living area, open kitchen, convection oven, lots of small electrical appliances (even a stand mixer for you super-cooks), beach towels, beach "toys" (chairs, shovels, pails, boogie-boards, umbrellas, etc) -- We really hate leaving our beach home.
Located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, you can in 1 day (or more!) visit St. Augistine, the United States' oldest city, enjoy incredible shops, the boat harbor, delicious food, a 17th Century stone fort and more. Then, for another day's adventure, head South to Daytona Beach where you'll find the Daytona International Speedway, summer concerts, the boardwalk, go Karts, beach shops galore, and more. And the Kennedy Space Center is just over an hour away - go catch a launch for an experience you'll never forget!
Closer to home, we are half a mile away from Lagerheads Bar & Grill, a great live-music, great food, beach-front restaurant with outstanding drinks. You could make a nice, leisurely walk up or take about a minute in your car. Head the other direction for 1.8 miles and you'll find a FANTASTIC ice cream shop - Surfin' Scoops - that offer huge scoops at amazing prices.

The villa was wonderful. It has everything you will need. An updated kitchen with lots of utensils, Chicago Cutlery, several appliances and pots and pans. Also, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas. There is a nice lawn and pool area with a nice view of the ocean from both patios. The unit is very clean and comfortable. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is so well equipped and everything in such good working order, I didn't have to ask the host for anything except some help with the tv remote as I'm not very techie! Darrin was very helpful and patient explaining how to use the cable box. He also checked in periodically to see if everything was going okay. There is an attached garage which is nice for keeping your car out of the hot sun. There is a bar and grill within walking distance and shopping and many restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed being close to historical St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, Daytona Speedway, The World Golf Hall of Fame and several golf courses. This place has it all!
