Sunset Moonah Links Views & Spa is private accommodation, and forms 1 of 2 units with its own separate entry on the ground floor, and the spa is completely yours to use during your stay.
There is strictly no access to the upper-level unit.
The property has a wonderful kitchenette complete with coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and two element electric cooker.
Car parking is off street in the car parking bays opposite the property.
Please also note - There is a security camera at the entrance of the property - looking out from the garage to the driveway and road access.
There is another camera looking out over the golf course from the 2nd floor.
There are no other security devices on the property or in the area - specifically the spa area

A lovely short stay with plenty to see and do in the local area. The apartment was great. Very comfortable and in a great location. We loved the spa!

My family loved our stay, the spa was a hit with the kids who loved watching the sunset in the spa. It was a perfect hub to come back to after the Peninsula Hot Spring and the Enchanted Adventure Gardens.

We were a little shocked when we arrived And The picture displayed online was not where we were staying. Instead a very steep decent to The guest house with luggage in The rain proved to be a little tricky. Spa was great! No real kitchen just a sink/laundry room. The plug in hotplate didnt heat up after trying to cook bacon And eggs for over 20 mins we gave up. Wouldn't recommend trying to cook or prepare food here. If weather permitted you could use bbq. It Was too wet for us and not undercover. Only very basics available. Place was very clean And accommodating with towels And linen.Overall feeling was not very warm And inviting but ticked the basic boxes.
Probably wouldn't recommend as a small family or a long stay but maybe a couple for a really short stay.
Vacuum And Drying rack for clothes Would of come in handy.
