The house had everything we needed and it was very comfortable.

only slight issue was aircon wasn’t great.

Quiet area despite being peak season. Lots of thoughtful supplies. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds with throws if you find doonas too hot (which they were). Clean fresh linen on the beds and clean, new towels. Lovely rain shower and huge spa bath. Pretty garden of local vegetation below the house with private seating area and fire pit. Nice outlook from back verandah with sound of the sea. The Christmas tree was a nice touch. Everything was clearly labelled (inc light switches). Loved the table tennis. 15 mins walk to the end of Constantine St where you can access the beach by foot (no car access or parking). Very beautiful beach but unsafe for swimming.

The air con in living room struggled on a 35 deg day. Could do with some blinds or awnings on west side of verandah to screen the sun.

The house is very clean, the matresses and beds are comfy, the kitchen is well furnished.

The process is uneasy. You have to leave a 2000AUD bond and send your identity through an app. There is no wifi. You can't cast on the TV. The rules are so strict that we didn't even dare to use the BBQ. You have to take care of the garbage bins. It's more like an Air*** rental than a Booking rental Pictures of the house are correct but the one with the beach is creating a misunderstanding about the location. I rented more than 40 houses or hotel rooms via Booking for the last 18 months (all across Victoria, in SA, in TAS...) . This is the first time I was asked to register myself on an app and give a bond, for a house that wasn't as luxury as many others I went to (some had pianos, vintage furnitures, swimming-pools, massage rooms, sculptures...). I disagree with the comment about the price made by the owner to former guest about the proximity of the beach. I rented multiple houses in Sorrento, Rye, Bellarine Peninsula, Philipp Island.. offering the same number of rooms, with a price closed to this one, at walking distance from the beach.
