The Teddy Chalet offers a comfortable layout with amenities for both downtime and entertainment:
3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh linens
2 full bathrooms
Inviting living area perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors
Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, and dining essentials
Entertainment area featuring a pool table loft
Private hot tub for year-round enjoyment
Pet-friendly so your furry family members can join the fun
Towamensing Trails Community Amenities
Guests have access to Towamensing Trails community amenities, including:
Lake access for swimming and fishing (seasonal)
Outdoor community pool
Playground and basketball courts
Community with on-site security
Peaceful wooded surroundings and scenic roads
Amenity Wristbands:
Eight (8) community amenity wristbands are provided with your stay. Up to two (2) additional wristbands may be purchased at the community boathouse for $10 per band with presentation of the rental packet.
Trash Disposal:
Trash removal is the responsibility of the guest. All trash must be taken to the Towamensing Trails community trash compactor prior to checkout. Instructions are provided in the home.

Everything was perfect we loved the hot tub and all the kitchen appliances that we needed the fireplace made it so cozy and comfortable and we loved the fact that there were televisions in the bedrooms. Would love to go back in the summer to take advantage of the lake!

Great place to meet up with friends! The house was wonderful with a stocked kitchen and the hot tub. A few basic items were missing or not fully stocked.
