Saona Villas offers this pleasant villa of recent construction for 6 to 8 people, with a private pool. It is just 2.5 km from the sea, in the district of Las Tres Calas in Amettla de Mar. This pretty villa enjoys good comfort and is functional. Outside, you can enjoy a nice private pool, a garden and a stone barbecue to enjoy your meals outdoors. It is located in the quiet residential area of Las tres Calas.

Inside: Large living/ dining room (with air conditioning, sofa bed for 2 people, parabolic TV and CD/ DVD player). American kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge - freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker). 1 double bedroom en suite (with 1 double bed and air conditioning). 1 double bedroom (with 1 double bed). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 bathroom (with toilet). 1 shower room (with toilet).
Equipment: Washing machine, iron. Air conditioning: in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.
Outside: Garden with gravel of about 450 m². Barbecue built in stone. Private pool (about 25 m²) with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. Large covered terrace downstairs and 2 large terraces discovered upstairs. Garden furniture (table and 8 chairs) and sun loungers (minimum number of 4). Outdoor parking (for 2 cars) - Attention, the garage remains private and closed during rentals, so you will not be able to use it.
