It is a main house and an independent studio for a capacity of 6 to 6 adults + 2 children (maximum 14 years old) with 3 bedrooms. Outside, you will enjoy its private pool of about 30 m² secure with a barrier and with internal steps.
The locality: L'Ametlla de Mar is a welcoming and family resort that offers multiple possibilities if you are looking for tranquility, nature, local gastronomy and traditional culture. It has remained an authentic fishing town where auctions are still renowned for the quality of its products. Its fishing port is one of the most active in Catalonia.
This pretty rental is located in the residence of Las Tres Calas about 4.8 km from the town of L'Ametlla de Mar and only 3 km from the sea. The locality: Ametlla de Mar is a small fishing village located south of the Costa Dorada. You will find this beautiful village 55 km south of Tarragona, just before entering Deltebre famous for its Natural Park of the Ebro Delta.
Areas and comfort: Habitable about 130 m². Fenced plot of about 900 m². Iron. Washing machine. Air conditioning: in the living/ dining room of the house and in the studio room.

Open and equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single mattresses in a double box spring). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 shower room (+ WC).
Inside the studio (with independent access): Small living room (with a sofa bed 2 places (for children up to 14 years old). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single mattresses in a double box spring and air conditioning). 1 en-suite shower room (+ WC).
