Lots to do near this cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house! The end of the street leads to beautiful Greenfield Lake walking/biking trail which loops 5 miles through lush gardens. The 250 acre park includes an outdoor amphitheater, boat rental, picnic/grills, tennis courts, skate park, and playground. You can see Legion sports complex from the yard. Historic downtown Wilmington is only 2.5 miles away. Also make time for a beach day, 10mi to Wrightsville beach.

House was exactly as pictures appeared in the listing. Very clean home, comfy beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great central location to downtown Wilmington and nearby beaches. We will definitely be back!
