Our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Set in a tranquil neighborhood, this property is a quick drive to beaches, restaurants and local attractions, offering the perfect retreat for your family vacation or group trip.

Guest Access:

You will receive access code to the smart lock 2 days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. The garage and two locked closets in the hallway are for the management/owners use only.

• POOL HEATER – Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Pool temperature depends on outdoor conditions such as air temperature, wind, rain, and season. While the heater significantly increases comfort, specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed, especially during cooler weather.

Please note:

During cold weather or overnight low temperatures, the heater may not be able to reach or maintain higher temperatures (such as 85°F).

Heating the pool can take several hours or even a full day, depending on weather conditions, wind, and initial water temperature.

Heater performance is weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed during colder days.

If the pool temperature is 20–25°F warmer than the outside temperature, the heater is working properly.
