The house is very welcoming. The kitchen integrated with the dining table allows for family gatherings that make these the best moments in the house. The rooms are spacious, the beds are large and the mattresses are soft. The house was clean. The host, Manny, was always very quick to respond and try to resolve any problems that arose during our stay, which was quite long (32 days). The location of the house is very good, very close to a Walmart. Two things impressed us: first, the silence inside the house - with the doors closed we could hear almost no external noise; and second, the washing machine and dryer on the bedroom floor - something that for us, is very different from our standard of living and something that proved to be quite practical on a daily basis. We will definitely consider renting with Manny again on our next trips.

As expected. Warm, clean and close to WDW. A few minor issues, but they were addressed quickly. Would stay there again and definitely recommend it!

Great location, has all the basics.. I would say bring along some extra paper towels and garbage bags.
