The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures and the location is great as it is close to everything. We had one issue with getting locked out of the unit but Carlos was really amazing and responded so quickly. He was on it the whole weekend with questions/needs and was very nice and accommodating.

Me and the team loved staying here, the location was great for the distance to the convention center. The house was in pretty good condition mostly, however some items were left behind by previous renters it seems, such as an open tobacco sauce, vegetable oil, a pack of Coors light beer, and a baby toy hidden within the couch cushions. Some other stuff that we noticed and had to watch out for we're also a little tiring:Found out one of the stairs had a loose stepping panel with a nail sticking out of it, the refrigerator needed the water filter replaced, and the bins for garbage and recycling were also almost full so we had to limit our bags used. Unfortunately we found out that garbage day was a Thursday, after the trucks went by. The long couch was also unhooked when we had a arrived, so my team had to rehook them. Then lastly, the towel hanger for the master bedroom bathroom was loose on one end. However, aside from those minor issues, the house did have all we needed for our chef to cook us some food after we bought ingredients.We were well supplied for toiletries and shower needs. And the owner was really quick in response when were in a bind with the numpad inside ran out of batteries.

Very modern home with everything you need. Huge sofa and telly in the open plan kitchen area which was well equipped. Home is fitted with Google assistant which was great and the house had full electric blinds. The bedrooms were big with very comfortable beds slept very well. We just had trouble accessing the house sometimes which was key coded but felt very secure. House was located well only a 15 minute walk into the main areas.assistant

Loved the location, parking was good, we did not use the garage but used the space behind it and street parking. The rooms were all very nice. The renovations are very beautiful and modern, beds comfortable and bathrooms clean and we loved the kitchen. Not much of a dining room, but the TV was really large and nice

This home was great for 6 of us who stayed on the property. The home was nice and pretty clean. I think the only thing was that the floors were a bit dirty/dusty. But being from Hawaiʻi, we don't wear shoes in the house so maybe we just notice those things more. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nice and clean. The walk in closets provided a nice place to stow luggage and clothes so it didn't feel like we were living out of a suitcase. One of the bed frames did break. And it seems like it has been repaired multiple times, but the property manager was great and easy to talk to. We sent pictures and there wasn't any problem after that. The only thing that was kind of unexpected was that the owner showed up to fix the mailbox. The door handle broke when he showed us how to open the door since it's a little tricky. But luckily he was there he fixed it right away. He was so nice!!! Overall a really nice place. The neighborhood didn't feel like the safest place but there being a gate and code to get into the property made it feel just fine to stay there.

My family (parents + 2 teens & a tween) came to San Jose for a wedding. This townhouse fit us very well and was convenient to the wedding venue. It was also walking distance to several restaurants and convenient to the airport. I was impressed by the layout, the furniture, and the thoughtfulness that has gone into making this an easy to use VRBO property. Check-in and out was simple. My vehicle was too large for the garage, but both street parking and parking behind the garage worked fine.

Communications with the host were excellent, and the property was beautifully clean. The neighborhood was safe and very nice. It only took 10 minutes to walk to the convention center. I would stay here again. The only reason that this review is a 4 instead of a 5 is due to parking. The place comes with a garage and you also get to use the space behind the garage. The problem was that some unknown person parked behind the garage and my car was inside the garage so I could not get out. I tried each of the neighbors, called the police, called two different towing companies, called the host etc. I learned that one can only get a car like that towed if the landlord has signed an agreement with a private towing company. Hopefully they will set up something like that soon and I would gladly change this review to a 5. That car did eventually leave, and we pulled out of the garage and used the space behind the garage instead. So, if you only need one space, do not park in the garage, park behind it.
