Accessibility and Convenience:
Our home is equipped with an elevator, ensuring that all guests, regardless of mobility, can enjoy every area of the house. Please let us know in advance if you'll need access to the elevator so we can have it ready and powered for your arrival.
Family-Friendly Amenities:
Traveling with little ones is a breeze at our beach house. We provide a high chair, Graco Pack N Play, and baby bath-seat to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our aim is to lighten your load so you can focus on making memories.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: A luxurious King Bed for a restful night's sleep.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 Built-In Queen Bunk Beds, perfect for kids or adults alike.
Bedroom 3: A cozy Queen Bed to relax after a day at the beach.
Outdoor Living:
Step outside to our large furnished covered deck complete with a hammock and ample outdoor seating, ideal for lounging or dining al fresco. The new outdoor gas fire pit and seating for 8 invite you to enjoy evenings under the stars. An enclosed privacy outdoor shower and fenced-in yard provide additional convenience and comfort. The downstairs area boasts a gas grill for all your BBQ needs.
Indoor Living:
Inside, you'll find a welcoming open layout with brand new furnishings and 3 flat-screen Smart TVs for your entertainment. The bright and airy atmosphere is perfect for gathering and creating lasting memories.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Our kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring bright counters, a large kitchen with a four-place breakfast bar, and kid-friendly amenities like bowls, plastic cups, and cutlery. It's equipped with a combo Keurig coffee maker (drip and K-cup), Crock-Pot, toaster, blender, and all the basic spices and cooking essentials you'll need. Plus, enjoy our selection of whiskey and wine glasses for those relaxing evenings in.
Linens and Laundry:
We provide 1 bath towel per guest, kitchen towels, hand towels, all linens for beds, washcloths, and 8 beach towels. Laundry facilities are available to keep everything fresh during your stay.
Extras Provided:
To make your stay hassle-free, we provide essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher fluid, dish soap, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry pods.
Parking:
There's ample parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles (please note, no RVs allowed).
Important Notes:
Two dogs allowed for a single non-refundable $199 pet fee. Max 60 lbs.
Minimum renting age is 25 years.

This house was amazing we have absolutely no complaints!!!! The host responded quickly to any and all questions we had, the beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture, it was well equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes. The hot tub was a blessing after a long day of site seeing , and fishing!!! Can’t wait until our next trip definitely going to be booking this house again!!!!

House was very accommodating from 2 couples. Had all the cooking ware and eating utensils needed to cook a stay in meal. Stay was too short to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub but we plan to stay at another time and enjoy.
