For those who love outdoor entertaining, our adorable downstairs party area includes a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and ample seating to kick back and enjoy the coastal breeze. We also keep the garage open for guests to store their golf carts with ease.

Beds were comfy, no blow dryer so bring your own, bring beach towels and extra laundry soap, we did a lot of laundry for how many people we had. Host was pleasant, and house was convenient to beach and town.

We are a family of five with two caregivers, and the space was perfect for our group of seven. We spent the majority of our time at our friend’s house, that lives in the same neighborhood full time. We just needed a place to sleep and shower, and this place fit the bill. Thank you!

The house itself was great. There was however LOTS of bird droppings in the patio area under the house, including on the wooden bar we were placing food. This would have not been a big deal if we could have sprayed everything off upon arrival but there was no water hose despite having 2 water spouts downstairs. There was also no Tupperware to store food in; not a huge deal just wanted to post so guest know to be sure to bring their own. Overall we enjoyed the house.
