In addition to the master bathroom, one more full-sized bathroom is available and a half bathroom next to the garage entrance. All full bathrooms have basic amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush kit) Hair dryers are supplied in both full bathrooms.
Living space:
Our living room is in the center of the home with enough room for large gatherings and is equipped with a 58” Smart TV with streaming channels Netflix, Hulu, amazon, Disney+, coffee table that doubles as a foosball table, and chess board table. Spacious with enough seating for up to 8 guests.
Kitchen/dining area:
A chef’s kitchen with plenty of room for all your cooking needs. Drawers are fully equipped with kitchen gadgets and utensils for guests to cook and serve up the most delicious meals! The kitchen dining seats four comfortably in addition to the dining room (seats up to 6). Other appliances provided include: hot water kettle and toaster.
Backyard/Patio:
As you exit the living room door, the patio area provides privacy fencing. Seating is available on an outdoor dining table for the perfect outdoor dining experience.
Garage:
The garage is available for guest use with capacity for 2 vehicles and an entrance into the home.
Guests have full access to the property and additional parking in the two-car garage. There is ample parking on the driveway and garage for up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

It was as advertised. We were able to sleep eight people comfortably. It is a good option at a good price. The neighborhood is safe and has a sideway for evening walks. The property itself is older but efficient and clean. It is close to anything you need. We were able to get take out and bring it back to the house for our large group. The owners we responsive and communicated clearly. The information on the packet was informative and easy to follow. We would do it again. Thank you.

We needed a rental house for family visit, and this one worked out very well. Well located, impeccably clean, spacious, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Bill and James were great hosts, immediately helped when we needed some help, communicated with us without imposing on our privacy.

The location is good for visits between the Paseo district and Edmond (middle spot). We only used one of the four bedrooms so we had ample room. It is in a decent suburban location so I would say that your visit will determine if this is the right spot for you. Bill was very easy to work with on all transactions.
