Marcel Stays welcomes you to your home away from home! Nestled in a peaceful, highly sought-after neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is thoughtfully designed for families, friends, business travelers, and groups seeking comfort, relaxation, and convenience.

This home is situated in a fantastic neighborhood, just outside the city and only 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. The area is family-friendly and offers convenient access to numerous parks and a variety of restaurants, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.
The entire town house except for one side of the garage.
Keycode pads to get in the front door and downstairs, and inside there is a garage door opener for parking and easy in and out from there.

Worked great for 4 guys to each stay in their own room and to have three bathrooms was a huge plus. Games downstairs and nice living room and kitchen area.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 (50 years - 2 yrs). The space was open & welcoming (included a snack basket & k-cups, travel size shampoo & conditioner). Lots of bright open space inside & outside. Smart TV's in almost every room that kept us all happy. Pool table, dart board & some miscellaneous games were perfect for our time there. Screened in porch was really nice for happy hour & breakfast coffee. The only criticism was the kitchen, specifically had cabinets coming off of the hinges with chipped paint & a random selection of utensils/equipment, as well as cleaning products out & easily accessible to our toddler. Also, being barefoot downstairs let to very dirty white socks.That being said - it seems like a work in progress and we would return without hesitation.

Setup with bedrooms worked out well. My sister with her family with children worked out well for basement living area. Few issues in the house where cleaning prep had not been done. The host was accepting and responsive to our reports. Had a closed in deck area which would be nice for other times of the year.

We were very pleased with the nice, quiet neighborhood and the size of the house. It accommodated all of the guest we had and our newborn. The only problem we had was that it was not very clean. The baseboards were dirty, the walls had stains on them, the couches had stains on them as well. The sliding door had smudges and dirt all over it. When we walked around our feet was black. Everything was fine and up to our expectations beside the cleanliness of the place.
