The home is surrounded by mature trees that provide a secluded & peaceful atmosphere yet close to everything. Huge lot with a flat yard & ample space to relax or play in. Enjoy the large, covered patio and front porch when you rent the Valley Unit. This serene private yard also has a picnic table & a grill.
The home has three units. Shared Parking area on the west side (back side) of the property, common between units.
Please NO RVs or trailer in the parking lot. Thank you for your understanding!

Overall ok . A couple things were disappointing, the listing stated hot tub, there was no hot tub, since that was a reason for picking this property, it pissed the group off. Another thing the listing stated was 2 king size beds, not true. The second ‘King’ was two twins pushed together, so it was short. Stupid

We stayed in this beautiful home two years in a row. The first year we had six of us. The home is spacious enough that we never felt crowded. This past year we only had three of us and could have stayed somewhere smaller, but we liked the house so much that we rented it again.
The home is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. You can easily hop onto the perimeter trail at a few different points. The outdoor area is great for relaxing and having a beer after a long hike.
Overall this was a great, spacious, clean home that we cannot recommend enough. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Ouray.
